Lessee agrees to return listed equipment in satisfactory condition at the conclusion of the rental term or pay additional rental fees at website rates or purchase equipment at rates listed on website as outlined in Terms and Conditions. Rental period begins at the delivery date and concludes when equipment is returned in satisfactory condition. Lessor and Lessee, for themselves, their successors, executors, administrators and assigns, agree to the full performance of the covenants herein contained.
